Chewy Lemon-Head (& Friends) Fruit Candy

Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemon(head)s, don't eat the lemon flavored ones. Make life take the lemon ones back. "I don't want your stupid lemons, what am I supposed to do with these?!" (play portal 2 if you havent yet)

Anyway, heres lemonheads and friends.



Flavorful and nicely chewy, this candy is of a high class. Irony sets in as the lemon flavored ones are the worst. They are overly sour. Who wants to eat a lemon anyway!? However, the other flavors are quite well. Here is a photographic ranking of flavors

Plus, they're made with real fruit juice, something these newfangled candies that the chinese sweatshops are cranking out lack.

SKITTLES FIZZL'D FRUITS

Skittles really screwed up with these. Usually skittles(R) brand products are wonderfully crafted and well tasting. But the fizzl'd fruits are quite a let down.



They have so many conflicting tastes. First you place the sphere candie in your mouth and a feeling of sourness and fizzling (hence the cheesy name) occurs. This is in tandem with some sort of fruit taste corresponding with the flavor. At least the packaging was easy to open and very efficient in the initial package to hand or mouth maneuver.

JOLLY RANCHER BRAND FRUIT CHEWS

The Jolly Ranchers are in my opinion held as the supremacy of the candy and sugary snack food world. These nutritional devices are packed with flavor, in a 10:1 flavor to amount ratio. This is a feat never before accomplished by even the most expert manufacturer.



But, with all good things come the bad. The packaging is much too complex and takes too much time in the initial wrapper to mouth procedure. You must first open the cardboard box which is in the shape of a rectangular prism polyhedron, then proceed to expose the individual candy from under its paper wrapping. I feel that this could be improved upon. Overall, our testing results in this candy ranking as #1 in the top division. They are HIGHLY recommended.

SOUR PATCH JELLY BEANS

The sour patch(R) brand jellified beans are a marvelous revolution in jelly bean design, with the sour molecules proceeding to be sprinkled on the outside of the object!



I felt that the beans were a very good combination of sour taste and sweet flavor. However, i believe it lacked a variety of flavors, only including four.



Overall, i thought the bean devices were quite tasty, and would recommend them. I was not too fond of the lemon flavor, as they were bitter. Photograph below displays my personal favorite flavoring.
